"4""DuctMnt 10kOhm TempSensor"
Our 4""DuctMnt 10kOhm TempSensor is a semi-flush, surface mount temperature sensor designed for use in air ducts or an insulated ceiling cavity. The temperature sensor is constructed of aluminum and is temperature compensated with an NTC thermistor providing an output voltage of 0 to 10VDC proportional to the temperature sensed.
A 4""DuctMnt, 10kOhm TempSensor from Johnson Controls is a sensing device designed for HVAC control applications. It comes in a standard metal duct sensor package, and it has a high resistance thermistor to protect against over sensors during fluctuations in temperature.
The TE-636GM-1 is a precision thermistor packaged in an easy to install 4" Duct Mount. This sensor is 10 kOhm at 25°C. The TE-636GM-1 realizes an excellent linearity through its entire resistance range.
The Johnson Controls TE-636GM-1 Sensor Thermistor 10k ohm Type 2 uses a thermistor (not a bi-metal strip) and is calibrated at the factory, its accuracy is guaranteed. The sensor has a 4" orifice and comes with mounting hardware. You can use the Duct Adapter (part no. YS53) to mount it in 4" duct and still see and read your temperature display.
Measure and display duct temperatures in refrigeration systems with this 4""metal-duct thermistor. Great for use as the thermostat in a expansion valve to control an air conditioner, or as a sample jack to sample room air and send it to a PLC, microprocessor, or other controller for determining floor and ceiling temperatures for ventilating purposes.
The Johnson Controls TE-636GM-1 Temperature Sensor is designed to measure the temperature in a metal heating duct. It measures 10k ohm resistance per degree Fahrenheit with an average ovality of +/- 4% of nominal at 70 degrees C. This product is perfect for automation, HVAC, and control systems in buildings with air conditioning or heating systems.
B52 series duct-mounted temperature sensors are designed for HVAC applications where continuous air temperature is required. These sensors are distinguished by their sharp, accurate response to both hot and cold temperatures, as well as their ability to withstand vibration, extreme thermal cycling, shock, and moisture due to practical corrosion resistance.
The TE-636GM series of thermal/static sensors are designed to maintain precise process temperature control wherever heat is generated. These rugged, dependable sensors come equipped with a high temperature 4"" silicone jacket that covers the sensing element, reaching temperatures up to 250 degrees Farenheit. Replaceable sheaths prevent contamination or damage to the sensor during installation. The TE480T has a fixed resistance of 10K ohms at room temperature and applications include air conditioning systems, hot oil furnaces, HVAC systems, commercial ovens duches, power generators, marine engines or any application looking for accurate temperature taming
Johnsons Controls TE-636GM-1 Thermistor 10k ohm Type 2 is a standard thermistor with plastic housing absorbing small amounts of moisture. It features an operating temperature range from -65°F (-54°C) to 400°F (204°C) and is specifically for use in air duct applications.
The TE-636GM series is a thermistor temperature sensor designed for use in automatic or remotely controlled applications. The sensor is rated 250VACrms, 5A2/115/230VDC or 277VAC. The TE636GM-1 has a thermistor case with 4"" leads and is an ideal replacement for old mechanical Johnson controls temperature sensors. If you're looking to upgrade your current temperature probes this is the correct option for you.
Our TE-636G-M1 Pro Series Temperature/Discharge Sensor kits provide unparalleled accuracy and durability for residential and light commercial use. With the exclusive "ConstantCal" probe compensation system, custom 1.5GHz thermistor, wide 4-inch duct mounting flange, and TE Connectivity's operating experience, these systems provide reliability and performance you can trust.
The TE-636GM is perfect for monitoring temperature fluctuations in small manufacturing facilities. This device can be mounted in line using the provided mounting clips when temperature sensors are required in areas with moving air when remote installations are not feasible. It can also be used with fuel oil or steam line temperature sensors when direct mounting is desired in locations where the heating equipment is located in a remote location.
