Lightweight, compact 11.7 CV ball valve, suitable for temperatures up to 450 F, full port design for ease of loading, anti-rotation design with full port design to prevent rotation of valve, stainless steel ball and body with high temperature NBR seat and stem seal.

Ball valves allow for precise, directional control of product flow while also allowing for easy shut-off and reduced contamination. These ball valves are stainless steel, with a brass stems and a 1/4"" NPT male inlet connection. They have a ANSI Class 150 operation with a maximum pressure of 11.7 cal/cm² or 1.4 MPa. They have 1/4"" Male NPT connections on both ends.

Johnson Controls, Inc. introduces the VG1S45CN-SS2 6-way ball valve. Designed to be used with refrigerants in air conditioning, refrigeration, and laboratory equipment, the ball valve includes stainless steel trim less body, bonnet and tailpiece. This UL rated device contains threaded bonnet with tee handle for locking in position in any of six different outlet ports. A Viton seal in the inlet is designed for use in extreme environmental conditions where gases might escape accidentally under pressure. The ball valve also comes with a TorquePlus® hexagonal handle for 60° angle operation and clip spacers

This high-performance ball valve features a 316 stainless steel disc and disc assembly, a 316 stainless steel body and bonnet, a 316 alloy Buna-N ball, a NBR seat ring and a rugged wide ball handle. It has an API 607 trim-less design with API 598 rated end connections.

The VG1245CN is a by-pass valve that will be shipped in cut-to-length coils. The Johnson Controls VG-Series brass ball valves are suitable for use on applications that need high reliability with low restriction, critical flow, low pressure drop and positive shut off. Stainless steel trim less sweep seats provide long life with minimum maintenance requirements.
