The Kason 11245000044 Cam-Lift Hinge is used to make glazing easier. It makes use of the gravity to allow the glass to lift into place. The 11245000044 KASON® Cam-Lift Hinge features a zinc die cast for durability.

The Kason® Cam-Lift® Hinge is a specially designed component that mounts to the Kason® Base Frame and allows for adjustability of the gate in a positive cam action direction. This hinge is adjustable for either 3' wide or 4' wide gates.

Kason® Cam-Lift hinges replace those on fire doors. Cam-Lift hinges offer more than fifty years of proven service on some of the world's busiest airport fire doors. These hinges are designed for applications where conventional fail safe hinges would not function properly. The follower automatically closes the door and holds it closed during any failure on the part of the fire door operator, thus preventing spurious operation of the fire door and damage to the hangar and surrounding areas.
