The new Honeywell L4006E1117 Aquastat is a high limit manual reset aquastat that features a clear plastic label to indicate the function of the aquastat. It also features a manual reset button and source water reset button, which allows you to manually set the contact point of the valve and easily remove air from the system. This aquastat is compatible with any instantaneous or non-shock system used above or below ground.

With High Limit Manual Reset, you can set the main water temperature higher than the room thermostat/setpoint. This means that if a fire should occur in your home, your sprinklers will activate correctly in response to the required temperature. Also, during high ambient temperatures, you can prevent excessive cooling (and waste) by raising the thermostat setting.
