The AQUASTAT is a High/Low limit for circulator controls. It is normally used to provide limit control when the Circulator Pump is driven by a variable speed furnace blower motor. The AQUASTAT can be used as a standard direct-on controller if it can be thermally coupled to the well (better than 5F difference) but it cannot be used as a Replacement for a circulator control with built-in high/low limits.

The 2226 LIMIT SWITCH allows you to control a water heating device by regulating the flow of hot water through the system. This limit switch activates at 100 to 135F and deactivates at 180 to 240F. The 2226 is used with heaters, air conditioners, refrigeration equipment and other water heating systems.

The Honeywell Aquastat Control the heating and cooling of livestock water tanks. The thermostatically controlled switch activates either low or high limit control and turns off at a preset water temperature that has been established via the set screw adjustment. The probe on the high limit control activates when it's water reaches 140 degrees, and turns off when the water drops below 120 degrees.

It features a high limit and low limit adjustment, large voltage adjustment dial, and an oil sight glass for easy maintenance.
