DUAL BULB AQUASTAT W/1-1/2" INSULAT
The Honeywell 2242 Inc Aquastat Controller, 39 in. length is a dual bulb aquastat with 1-1/2" insulation, barrel shaped, 2-3/4" plumbed body that allows you to control your own system as easily as possible. The Aquastat has a 39? capilary length with the connector located at 12? from the top and bottom terminals. The terminal block is 6? high, which will make installation easier when working on an exposed hot water system.
Aquastat controller with 1-1/2" insulators
Honeywell Aquastat Thermostats provide reliable, cost-effective temperature control. The dual bulb models allow you to safely maintain the desired temperature in boilers or other water heater applications, while minimizing the risk of freeze-up or scalding. These two-bulb controllers feature a 1/2" insulating tube that surrounds both lamps which can be adjusted to fit different size boiler jackets. For boilers with 1-1/2" inlet and outlet connections, the 39" (1.0m) capillary tube is recommended.
The HONEYWELL 2242-L Inc. AquaStat Control is a unique device that allows you to set a specific temperature for two different water sources and maintain a consistent heat within a pool, spa or hot tub. It is capable of controlling up to two heating devices, such as heat pumps , gas or electric heaters and solar panels . The Aquastat features 1-1/2" insulated capillary with dip tube, completely submersible and multi-function switch.
This AQUASTAT controller is the heart of your hydronic baseboard heating system. It uses a thermocouple and aquastat to automatically control the water temperature in your baseboard heater, maintaining it within 1 degree of the setting on the thermostat dial.
An Aquastat opens and closes an electric water pump to maintain a precise temperature. This item is single point control for two separate (dual) water heaters. It has 39 inches of capillary length and comes with fittings, tubing, inline check valve, adjustable sensitivity control, and mounting screws.
The Aquastat Water Thermostat is used for automatic control of water temperature in pneumatic and electric baseboard heaters. The high limit protects against overheating, the low limit reduces no- fire hazards.
