The Flame Sensor is used in heat-only gas, oil or air forced hot air systems and provides both audible and visual signals when the flame goes out.
The Flame Sensor 27J02 is a flame sensor designed for use with the Lennox XC25 HVAC System. This flame sensor controls the boiler operation of the heat pump system so that energy is only used when needed. The unit is a 24 VAC with 1/2" terminal blocks and can be mounted within 3 feet of a vent or wall heating unit.
The Flame Sensor is part of Lennox's exclusive iComfort® Smart Home systems. It can be installed with any HVAC system and is compatible with all current heating, cooling, and water heater product families. The Flame Sensor works by activating your HVAC system long before a fire can start, alerting you that it is time to prevent damage from fire, smoke or carbon monoxide (CO). This 5-in-1 Flame Sensor continually monitors six different locations in your home for abnormal heat levels, which can often be the first sign of a developing fire. Once detected, the Flame Sensor will automatically shut
The Flame Sensor is designed to provide protection from the risk of carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning and fires related to return air ducts using the Lennox® Air System, by sounding an alarm whenever a potentially dangerous flame is detected in the system.
A flame sensor is a term used to describe a thermostat that regulates the flame output of a heating appliance. This sensor is spark and glare-proof and comes with an adjustable knob for adjusting the temperature setting
Keep your family safe with the Lennox 27J02 Flame Sensor. This flame sensor is easy to install on furnaces and gas logs, and is designed to install in seconds.
The flame sensor on this unit measures temperature as low as 0.1 degree to help provide optimum comfort and safety.
