The Lennox NATURAL GAS BURNER ORIFICE is a genuine replacement part. This part is installed in a Lennox model 3RA22-04 unit. This burner orifice is a direct replacement for the burner orifice currently installed in your unit, if this burner orifice is broken, it must be replaced to avoid property damage or personal injury.

The LENNOX 33J95 Natural Gas Burner, is a traditional orifice burner designed for use on top of the line natural gas cooking equipment. The design of this NATURAL GAS BURNER ORIFICE allows the flame to be concentrated in the center of the orifice and makes it possible to obtain high heat output and low rise at the same time. This NATURAL GAS BURNER ORIFICE provides fast recovery and an easy start.

The Lennox 33J95 Natural Gas Burner Orifice is used in natural gas forced air furnaces manufactured by Lennox International Inc. The burner orifice is 3/4 inch in diameter and has a 1/2 inch lead. This orifice is an assembly consisting of a stainless steel diffuser, ceramic insulator, and a braze-on fitting.

Our gas burner orifice is designed to meet or exceed the original Manufacturers specifications for natural gas burners. We quality control test our orifice with each unit before it leaves our warehouse. The orifice will fit most Lennox G24SH, G27SH series baseboard heaters manufactured from 1979 to 1995 after serial number 307XXX. This orifice is not available from your local Lennox dealer, but only through Lennox Authorized Parts Distributors.

The Lenox 33J95 natural gas burner orifice, in conjunction with the Lenox 53MA9 natural gas regulator, is designed for use on appliances employing Lennox 53MA9 natural gas equipment. Compliance with local codes may require installation by a qualified installer.

The burner orifice is designed to burn natural gas in a very efficient manner. The orifice is made from quartz which is vitrified for endurance to high heat, the body of the orifice is connected to a cup shaped base which supports the orifice body against thermal expansion. The base is connected to the burner mount in such a way that it can be easily removed for cleaning and replacement.

Our Orifice for this burner has been manufactured from a property containing a new type of stainless steel designed to withstand high temperatures. It has an improved resistance to surface oxidation and thermal shock. The design of the product ensures minimal erosion around the orifice when it is used with fat pan support tubes at operating temperatures. The new material is about 15% harder than our generic orifice and therefore provides a better seal and eliminates erosion.
