IGNITION TRANSFORMER

Designed with a user-friendly interface, the ignition transformer is capable of monitoring voltage levels and total capacity. It has standard input terminal suited for voltage range of 3V to 15V DC and advanced digital signal processing techniques for motor starting applications.

The ignition transformer features overcurrent protection for the igniter and a thermal fuse for the coil. It also features a triple tap power relay system which allows it to control two separate transformers in one location, such as an LP gas heat pump (low pressure) and an electric heat pump (high pressure)

LENNOX 45M47 Ignition transformer is specifically designed for a Model L82 furnace requiring 180 – 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz. This Single phase, 3 wire unit has a Voltage rating of 225 – 250 Vac.

The ignition transformer is an internal component installed inside a gas furnace, and provides the low voltage supply to the gas valve. This transformer converts the high voltage power coming into the furnace from your home's power company into low voltage power that is safe for use inside the house.

A three phase 60 Hz 480 volt ignition transformer. To produce 60 Hz pulsating currents which is adjusted to produce specific air gap magnetization for sintering induction hardened steels, all polymeric materials such as glass filled plastic and nylon, and non ferrous materials such as copper, brass aluminum, gold silver, etc. Turn ratio of 15:1 possible with this unit. (Turn ratio is the speed at which a rotor spins) .

The Lennox i45M47 Interconnect transformer is designed to work with all of the ignition models from Lennox; either i33, M3i, ATi or U33.
