This two-stage ignition control is designed for Lennox condensing units. Usually, the second stage (main burner) requires fan and boost adjustments to the combustion blower motor, in addition to the rad/heat control. In some cases, all three adjustments need to be made depending on the supply air temperature.  100869-03 Ignition Control (2 Stage)

Lennox has designed the 204018 Ignition Control to be used with all of the 2-stage air conditioning units we manufacture. This unit can help your cooling equipment work at its best. It reduces pilot out, re-ignition and Auto Restart failures. It also features automatic adjustment for altitude change, and is packed with features to improve your comfort level.

The 2-Stage Ignition Control provides the convenience of remote control operation yet also requires manual operation. The ignition control module is surface mounted and is factory wired with white control wire, green/yellow ignition feed wire and red ignition output wire. When installed into a Lennox unit, a small amount of field wiring is required. Please refer to the instruction service manual for details on field wiring this device.

The Lennox® Corporation 2-Stage Ignition Control is a pre-engineered, factory installed ignition control manufactured using the highest grade materials. It is fully assembled and factory tested, ready to install. The components included are oversized, overcurrent protection devices which include a 3/4 ampere thermal circuit breaker and 25 amps fuse.
