The Lennox® Luxaire® Air Conditioning Pressure Switch controls blower operation when the cooling temperature drops below a preselected level. The SPST switch is used to provide electrical power from the compressor, condenser fan motor and outdoor terminal box to the low pressure switches in a two-wire system. Delivering reliability and performance, this air conditioning pressure switch meets the requirements of Lennox® air conditioning equipment.

This is a Genuine replacement part and is designed for use with Lennox Heat Pumps, Air Conditioners and other brand name systems. This Pressure Switch by Lennox is not compatible with furnaces or hydronic heat that must be vented out of the attic.

The Lennox 49L91 pressure switch is compatible with Lennox high efficiency gas and electric furnaces. It controls the oxygen in the combustion air to the burner when a flame is present. When the voltage on the switch terminals exceeds approximately 40 volts, it turns on; if the voltage drops below 40 volts it shuts off. The switch connects between the blower motor terminal and the primary receiver thermostat."

A pressure switch has been removed from service.
