The 60M12 is a multi-split, 2-stage unit. It has four wires and can be run on 120/240 Volt single phase, 3 Phase and 480 volt three phase power. It is an indoor, ducted evaporative cooler and includes a 24 Volt DC blower motor rated for 1/8 horsepower. The 60M12 air conditioner comes with an electric heat strip and a 22 amp contactor to close the relay on demand.

Single-stage gas valves, with Air Purge control to keep the system clean. Also features a fully modulating TXV (temperature and expansion valve). Ideal for heating and cooling moderate-size residential structures. Applies to gas and electric service only.
