The Lennox® LP Orifice

The Lennox ORIFICE

The Lennox LP orifice is used in many of our Lennox high efficiency products. It is a metal cadmium plated brass orifice that has a 474 cubic inch capacity and can operate in a temperature range between 40 to 130 degrees Fahrenheit. This orifice measures 1 and 7 8/32 inches in diameter by 2 9/64 inches long and is sold individually.

700 SERIES- The 700 Series Orifice is used on the following Lennox floor, wall and ceiling furnaces and heat exchangers: 69C90-036, 69C96-036, 4S0P036, 6S2P036. Each orifice features the wavy lip that provides proper air turbulence and optimum fuel vaporization for efficiency and lower emissions.

This orifice connects a gas line to the burners on certain gas furnaces.
