Amana 53001817 Limit, High (110F)

The limit high thermostat for Amana brand clothes dryers is used in conjunction with the high-limit thermostat and thermal-fuse assembly. It is used to protect the drum insulation. This part can be installed by an amateur provided basic hand tools are available.

This limit switch is for use with Amana brand, multi- sectioned, wall-mounted water heaters. The switch is activated at 110 degrees F as a safety protection device. The switch is UL/ETL listed and CSA certified.

Designed for use with Amana brand gas and electric ranges.

Limits the maximum temperature to ensure that the oven does not become too hot.

Use this control board when replacing an autocut-off control pad with a high limit control.
