LOCTITE 3035 is a nonreactive, room temperature curing, low modulus polyolefinbonder that offers excellent adhesion with lower Tg acrylics. It also provides excellent corrosion resistance in most plastics.

LOCTITE 3035 is a one component, water-thin, high strength, low viscosity anaerobic bonder designed for assembly and repair of plastic components. It has been formulated to bond thermoplastic substrates together by wetting the surfaces and filling the gaps between them with a single application without flow out or sagging.

LOCTITE 3035 is a high temperature, two-part polyolefin adhesive. It bonds polypropylene, polyethylene, and blends of these plastics. It provides excellent adhesion to various substrates including metals, rubber or rusty metal.

LOCTITE 3035 was designed for permanent assembly of thermoplastic parts. It cures at 350°F to give instant assembly with maximum impact strength and temperature resistance. It has good chemical resistance, but is sensitive to some acids. This product is intended for household use only.

LOCTITE® 3035 is a sleeve-forming, single-component, room temperature curing polyurethane plastic bonder designed to provide outstanding bond strength and durability to two or more materials for circuit boards and electronic assemblies.

LOCTITE 3035 may be used to bond PP, PE, PET, Nylon, HDPE, POM, ABS, PVC and most rigid thermoplastic materials. It has a room temperature setting time of at least 20 minutes after which it cures by secondary chemical reaction to form a rigid structural adhesive bond. This is an excellent alternative to solvent cements whenever the surface of the substrate (the material that will be bonded) cannot be contaminated or damaged with solvents.

What is LOCTITE® 3035?

This is a high performance, one component, room temperature curing adhesive, specifically designed to bond polyolefin, CPE and PP to a variety of substrates. The 3035 will improve the bond strength when performing metal snaps, jointing sheets to exterior surfaces (GRP/FRP), bonding radiator pipes (steel or galvanized) to plastic or when bonding plastic parts

The ideal adhesive for metal to plastic bonding, especially when strength or high temperature resistance is required. 3035 has excelent bonding to metals like aluminium, copper and steel, and is often used in the automotive industry.

For bonding thermoplastic parts in applications where vibration is likely to occur, the bond strength is improved over polyamidobonded parts. Adhesive cures at room temperature or in a short cycle in an oven. Parts can be bonded in seconds affording quick assembly in automated plants.

It is designed to provide the optimum balance of properties, including heat resistance, with shorter or longer cure times. Its unique formulation gives it a higher heat resistance with shorter hold times.
