The Honeywell 6103 Modutrol valve actuator is an electrically powered motor that can be used for many applications. The motor is ideal for areas where the operator has to actuate a damper by hand. The design consists of a sub base, a removable actuator cover, and either a manual or electric operator control handle. These components are mounted on a threaded shaft with an integrated slip clutch assembly to prevent damage to the other parts in case there is any excess movement. The Honeywell 6103 is a 120 volt actuator that has a modulating speed 90 degrees of stroke. It is capable of 150 Lb-In torque at 2.4 inch extension. This actuator has an input voltage range from 4 – 20 mA and an aux switch. The controls are manually set.

The control signal is integrated into the controller circuitry which generates a pulsed or dc output to drive the pneumatic actuator.

The actuator offers quick and easy installation with standard 3/4" NPT conduit connections, an integral .375 inch O.D. solenoid port, 12 volts minimum supply requirements, and has easily accessible adjustment points.
