24V MOD IV 2 POSITION SPRING RETURN
The Harman Engineered MOD IV(TM) 24V 2 Position Spring Return Actuator, Model 2301. This is a position spring return actuaclet with 90/160 stroke time and 30/60 second timing period.
The 2 position spring return actuator is constructed with stainless steel and zinc die cast parts for long life. The individual parts have a proven track record of functional reliability and durability in difficult applications.
The Honeywell 2-Position 24 VDC Actuator has a 90/160° stroke in a 2-position (center off) snap-action design. It features a .5 to 7.0 sec. time delay and 30 to 60 sec. debounce, and is designed for use with pneumatic valves and switches.
Honeywell Mod IV series actuators are intended for use as positioners for the control of valves and dampers, gas and steam dampers, damper controls, or similar devices. These actuators are available in linear and rotary models. The actuators can be ordered with a 24 Vdc motor or with a 120 Vac or 220 Vac power supply.
The G2301A is a 2-position light/dark on all standard Honeywell stalks. It has an internal spring return and operative life of 1 million cycles. It also utilizes "stack wiring" for two or more units to be wired in parallel to increase holding current up to 500mA.
The original Honeywell 2-position pneumatic actuator features two 90/160° strokes, 60 pounds of compact spring return force, and a frequency response of 20-2000 Hz. Ideal for a number of applications including lab automation and data acquisition systems, it requires external air supply and an operating pressure from 0 to 50 psi. An actuator can be used for pneumatic spring return or as a positioner. It can be used with an agitator, a float, a ball float, a check valve, a linear slide rail/car, an indexing valve or as a controller.
