MG Trench Fighter 2 is a turn-based strategy game. The player takes control of an army and its commander, who can be either human or computer, and tries to outmaneuver the opponent on a battlefield. Soldiers are put in squads, and they can move with different formations: line, shieldwall (rhombus), wedge (triangle) and so on. Squads can split in two halves which will each move on their own towards the selected enemy squad.
