The MARINETECH SYSTEMS PANTHER, MASY Series is a 5" Powder Coat Transom with 2x3 Welded Corner tabs. This transom slides over the existing transom of a boat to restore structural integrity and provide higher stability. Before co-cured to the hull, it can be disassembled and reassembled making it simple to install as well as repair should damage or corrosion occur. The Panther 6102703 Masy 5" Transom mount provides a series of mounting surfaces for electronics such as depth finders, fish finders, radios, and transponders and is designed to be mounted to the transom of a catamaran or trimaran. Each of these transom mounts are capable of being backlit to provide night time visibility making them great performance add-ons. They can also be installed in non-illuminated units in place of the LED light strips that are installed as standard equipment.

The MASY is the most recent model of the Panther family of surface effect vehicles. The combination of the Slip-Stream hull design and a patented air foil and strake configuration make this boat supremely efficient while providing a smooth ride in even the roughest seas. Several new refinements were added to the MASY after feedback from pilots flying in rough sea states. The result is a boat that makes it easier for any pilot to come to grips with what is going on around them, and know how best to react.

The Panther is designed for trolling in rough saltwater conditions. It features an 8" diameter centerline utility hole and a heavy-duty base plate that allows it to literally stand on its own. For convenience, it is also equipped with 6 mounting brackets to further accommodate a wide variety of rod holders, transom-mounted battery holders, transducer brackets and other trolling accessories.
