The Smart Action + Motion Sensor controls a ceiling fan or light with 1 SPST switch and installs directly into any wall switch box. The control compensates for large loads (ex. a bathroom exhaust fan) that can interrupt the normal on/off sequence of a ceiling fan or light.

The Broan Smart Action Plug and Play Motion Sensor is designed for use with your fan to give you timely, consistent on-off control. This energy saving feature automatically turns your fan on when you enter the room and off when you leave. It also installs quickly and easily without added electrical wiring or switches and can be programmed from anywhere in the room (not just in front of the fan). The plug-and-play design fits securely into any of your fan's regular plug ins, so there is no need to replace your fan's existing plug.
