The Mulching Plug is the patented removable part that replaces the bottom of the Shredder Insert in the Garden Way Tiller Mulcher. It has a built-in tine shredder which chops leaves and compost smothering them between two layers of screen netting.
The garden way 731-05264 mulching plug is the replacement plug for your garden way mulching kit. The mulching plug fits in the D-shaped hole that your main drive wheel fits into on your mower deck. This allows you to convert the deck to mulch when you're ready to start the spring/summer season or want to bag more leaves in the fall/winter.
The Garden Way 731-05264 mulching plug replaces the original. This mulching plug is constructed from a durable plastic, and accommodates most other garden finish mulchers.
The mulching plug works with the Garden Way EZ-Recycler 2 (model # 731-05197). The mulching plug fits between the blades of the spacing assembly.
