To apply washer-bell 736-0317 (5pk) into the MTD Red Reg valve, remove jet by depressuring system to about 5 psig/3.5 bar and unscrew using a T50 torx bit. Unscrew the old washer and screw in new washer. Place in reg valve; turn to it's position with washer facing upward. Screw reg back onto lawnmower.
