The MTD® Rear Starter Assembly works with a variety of 124cc & 162cc MTD® equipment to help give power to the engine.

The Rear Starter Assembly is located under the operator's seat. Disconnect the power to the tractor, and then remove the seat to access the starter.

New Aftermarket part, goes on all of 2006 and 2007 series decks 753-066XX, 753-0699A, 753-0744A, 753-0750A, 753-0752A, 753-0753A, 753-0763A, or the 686 series.
