These Limit Switches are hot and load temperature limit switches for gas furnace applications. They have pre-set at 130F in a normally closed (OFF) state, with a setting of 170F in a Normally Open (ON) state.

The limit switch will fit on control boards with a 1-1/8" or 1-1/4" spacing. The range of the switch is 130F to 170F (55C to 76C).

The Coastal Source CSC130BHG-C4 switch is a thermostatic, two speed, limit control switch designed to operate an air conditioner or heat pump. When the air temperature reaches 130F in heating mode, and 170F in cooling mode, the contacts in the switch open and the unit shuts off. This helps prevent scalding or overheating.

Our limit switches are used to detect the temperature of the heating coil or boiler. When the temperature reaches 180 degrees, the switch will cut off the power supply to the heating element.
