FIT TEST ADAPTER

The FIT TEST ADAPTER is used to aid in air inflator recalibration. The unit contains a pressure gauge and is connected to a thread adaptor that fits standard air hoses.

The NORTH SAFETY 068-770021 FIT TEST ADAPTER is compatible with many North Safety Helmets, and is designed to check proper fit of the helmet to the worker's head. Designed for testing helmets in areas where respirators are not required.

When used with a Fit Test Manikin, the Fit Test Adapter allows an assembly line worker to fit test at their workstation using a pressure demand valve. By using the adapter it can be attached to any standard NC or NLEA type background atmosphere device to perform quick fit testing in your work environment.

While the Adapter will fit all respirators with a 25 mm or 40 mm neck size, it has been designed with specific dimensions in order to function correctly with certain respirator models.
