PRESSURE CONTROL 410#
Pressure controls can be used to reduce or eliminate pressures in steam traps, process piping or equipment. Installed either upstream of the trap (suction side), or downstream of the trap (discharge side). Features include Self-contained pressure switches are designed for use in non-hazardous location, Withstands 350'F, Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) construction, Cast aluminum enclosure is lightweight and durable, Top access with removable cover plate for easy switch replacement in hazardous locations
Pressure control switches are used for pressure control applications that require a low-pressure control with adjustable upper limit. They provide an economical method of controlling excess pressure generated by pneumatic actuators. Pressure switches are commonly used to control cylinder heads, blow off valves, relief valves, clutch valves, test valves, pilot operated relief valves, parking circuits, shock absorbers and so on. SWITCH TYPE: Pressure Control PRESSURE RANGE: 25 - 410 lbf/in 2 PRESSURE TOLERANCE: ± 10% GAUGE SELECTION NPT NPTL
The Johnson Controls P100DA-1C pressure switch is a direct acting, remotely mounted pressure switch with a 400# plug-in style mounting plate.
The P100DA-1C pressure switch open at 410 is used for all Johnson Controls unvented heaters. It features convenience clip terminals and a safety limit setting of 600#.
Our P100DA-1C temperature switch can be used to replace existing temperature switches to control the start/stop station operation of the compressor. Available in both pressure and vacuum / suction configurations.
Our high quality pressure switch is used by professionals for light gauge low pressure compressed air systems.
P100DA-1C. Pressure switch with nitrogen sealed contacts enclosed in stainless steel housing for harsh environments. Shell constructed of plastic with stainless steel end caps Available Options: Switch Type (Series) : 1 - SPDT (with power lead), P100DA4C, Catalog Page No. PA325, Revising 5/12/1999, NEMA 1 enclosure
The Johnson Controls P100DA-1C, STEEL enclosure, TIGHT SEAL, NONSTOP DIAPHRAGM PRESSURE SWITCH is a Solid State device that is used in a control system to indicate a change in pressure. This device is designed for use with air and other noncorrosive gases at pressures from 0 psig up to 1,000 psig maximum.
The P100DA-1C is a manually operated, pressure-responsive, liquid switch that is used as a liquid flow controller to shutdown a pump or motor when liquid flow falls below a preset value. When liquid flow exceeds the preset value, this liquid switch will open and allow the liquid to pass through it. This switch is designed for use with hydrant and rescue systems and has found numerous uses in mobile pump applications such as fire truck water pumps and mobile cooling towers.
This Johnson Controls pressure switch is used to control a heating, cooling or ventilation system. It features a 10 to 15 psi range with a drum-mounted pilot and a spring return pilot. The pilot is designed with a venturi tube that pulls air from the room being heated or cooled. The pilot has a thermal pilot light and a shutoff switch. It is used with shutoff valves for gas applications and globe valves for steam applications.
Inlet size: 1.25"
Note: Comes with either a 3/8 or 1/2 NPT threaded discharge.
