The Johnson Controls P74FA-1C SPDT differential pressure control is designed for use with heat pumps, ground source heat pumps and air source heat pumps. It offers protection against incorrect installation, or damage due to non-gas refrigerant or high temperature conditions. This unit has a low pressure alarm, high pressure alarm and high control power to ensure the safety of its system.

It comes with its own assembly housing and wire terminal installation already pre-installed. You can connect this to any 3/8" I. D. hose and use it for controlling the differential pressure and limiting and regulating the flow and volume of your fluid.

The P74FA-1C DIFF PRESS CONTROL is designed for field-installed pressure control to reduce pressure variation. The pneumatic and electronic solenoid valve bodies (SV2/SV3) are designed to control varying pressure in both directions by either full-on or full-off switching action.

The P74FA-1C single-ended, explosion-proof differential pressure control incorporates an automotive-style flexible diaphragm seal assembly in a compact, high performance design that can be surface or potted. The mounting flange of the P74FA is fully interchangeable with the P73C/P74C/P73D/P78C while providing an integral union connector for process connection. This manual, manually operated differential pressure control incorporates a 4-20ma Type CJ input and output for proportional or differential operation. A differential pressure switch may be used to track an upstream point such as a tank.

A differential pressure control that is a self-contained, gas-filled sensor. It senses a pressure difference between two separate inputs and produces a proportional electric output.

The P74FA-1C is a diaphragm differential pressure switch consisting of two independent alternate paths. The two switch points are connected to an internal water gauge that provides for impedance matching of the instrument to the pressure application.

The P74FA-1C Series Pressure Control is a standard single channel pressure controller with a capability of 2 to 20 psig. Proven solid state technology provides excellent reliability, stability and long life.

The P74FA-1C has 1 female port and can be used with 1 or 2 devices at one time. It is capable of 20 psi differential pressure. The microprocessor controlled electronic circuitry means that both short-term stability and long-term drift are minimized to extend the life of sensitive electronic equipment.
