The Probe & Switch Assembly is designed to give you an easy-to-turn dial and easy access to a Fahrenheit probe probe. This assembly is ideal for use with the WFC-72 immersion circulator. This component is attached to the control box of the circulator.

The Hobart 00-271621 probe and switch assembly is designed to be a replacement for older models of Hobart mixers. It has 4 wire leads with a 1/8" line size.
