GAS PILOT ASSEMBLY W/#1 TIP HI-TEMP
Flame Rectifier Pilot, 0.025 orifice hole, for natural gas, Port: I Style: Tip Hi-Temp Hi-Limit Applications: Hi-Limit for most natural gas fireplaces and patio heaters. Flame Rectifier 61006
The flame rectifier gas pilot will not require current transformers in the field. The unit is easily adapted to either a #1 or #2 tip. The Tubular pilot (LO PILOT) can be used with all standard type gas valves that require current transformers. All units are self extinguishing and made from 304 stainless steel.
A Honeywell 2374-31 gas pilot assembly is a flame rectifier (thermostatic) gas pilot that directs natural gas or propane through the burner port of a natural gas furnace/burner unit. The heater flame is controlled by the temperature of the pilot flame, creating an efficient long lasting burn in your furnace or boiler unit. This durable gas pilot assembly from Honeywell meets industry standards and is designed to be used with furnaces or burners of up to 75,000 BTU
Flame Rectifier® gas pilot assemblies for natural gas or propane, with stainless steel body and electrode. The two-stage flame rectifying jet is designed for small appliances, especially portable heating units, with 25,000 or more BTU/hr. output. * For use with 10" flues. * For 100% gas safety control, use Honeywell Flame Pilot Activation Kits (Linear LK2B or Square SK2B), Pilot Control Knob (Linear LP1
A small pilot flame burns inside the circular body of this gas pilot. The pilot flame heats the thermocoupler rod which extends out of the top of the assembly. The rod is connected to the valve stem that controls gas flow to the burner. When gas pressure is applied and the thermocouple rod becomes hot, it causes a disc inside the upper part of the body to lift, opening the gas valve. Once open, the valve remains open until turned off by rotating lever on top of body
The Honeywell#67GC Flame Rectifier Gas Pilot, 0.025 in orifice diameter, "I" port style, 7 mm (0.244") long stem length. The gas pilot assembly is a flame rectifier type pilot that relies on the flame tube to refine the gas/air mixture and create a source of ignition for the torch tip. All parts are interchangeable with other manufacturers' torches except as noted by manufacturer ??? safety data sheet here http://www-epa.gov
Approved for use with natural and LP gas, this pilot assembly has a flame rectifier that adjusts output by regulating input gas pressure. The flame rectifier conforms to UL Standard 76 / CSA Standard 94 for installation on residential or commercial heating appliances used with fuel gases and LP gas having a BTU content of 4,200 Btu/lb or less.
