This 466-28199 Smarterjack Blind Assist/ Boatlift Kit Without Winch from Quality Mark is designed to be used with the SmarterJack boatlift and is capable of lifting up to 1000 pounds. An important feature of this boatlift kit is that it does not come with the winch.
