The CNTRL-M/R Control Module uses a high-current, solid-state relay to activate a 120Vac magnetic control of your choosing. The module is available in "SPDT #CNTRL M/R" or "SPST #CNTRL M/R" configuration. "SPDT #CNTRL M/R" and "SPST #CNTRL M/R" are the same circuit; the difference is the amount of current passing through the SPST version vs. the SPDT version. Both can be wired as a normally open or normally closed switch.

The SPDT #CNTRL M/R is an ideal replacement boiler control for any steam or hot water boiler. This user-friendly control installs directly into the boiler control field and conveniently mounts on the front of the unit. It features a silicone-sealed junction box and cable connections to provide continual reliable performance and protect against harmful dust and moisture infiltration.

The O16-200 control panel module is a SPDT momentary high pressure contact switch rated at up to 50VAC/VDC; 2A resistive. Its SPDT momentary contact action allows for switching of inductive load appliances such as motors, solenoids and relays.

The O'16 Series controls are available in 1, 2 or 3 stage models. The SPDT (single pole double throw) controller is in fact, an adjustable contactor. It has two pole shoes mounted at the end of a single pole shaft. The C-face mounting contact terminal blades are made from AISI 304 stainless steel and are removable for easy wiring. An internal overload protector switch internal to the product protects the control against excessive current conditions and an external overtemperature protector provides protection against excessive ambient temperatures.

The front push button reverse switch provides one-handed operation of the main power switch and motor start/stop. The manual override is included for applications such as installation, seasonal storage, and testing where no electricity is available. This heavy duty controller has a 200 Amp main circuit breaker with two 15 amp branch circuit breakers.

Constant-speed motors have low starting torques that allow for quiet operation, as well as easy load and acceleration. Speed and direction of each motor is electronically controlled by the operator panel or optional remote hydraulic controls.
