013163F Flame Sensor Flame Sensor is a flame detector with two-wire connection. The product is a combination of an integrated flame sensor and an electronic circuit for protection against false alarms. It is designed for detecting open flames or pinpointed heat sources, such as cigarette burners. Because the electronic circuit responds to the temperature change of the flame, it does not generate false alarms from ambient heat sources, or from objects that have been left on too long and become warm.

The United Aqua Group 013163F flame sensor is a single-use, two-wire flame detector that alerts you when a fire is detected. The electronic flame sensor monitors the infrared radiation from the flames and relays this information to your security system. This security device is an excellent option for use with gas stoves and fireplaces.

For use with United Aqua Group 2-wire, 2/4/8 Zone Control Panels. The flame sensor contains an optical beam type detector that will indicate the presence of an infrared flame in the detection zone within its detection range. The switch contacts of the flame detector are normally closed and open when an infrared flame is detected. The FLAME SENSOR is used to detect flames and actuate the building fire alarm system to notify occupants of a fire emergency. Available in two (2) ranges; 2 Meter (6ft.) and 4 Meter (13ft.).
