This limit control is used to manually control a system. This limit control will monitor the temperature of the system and turn off if it reaches a pre-selected temperature. The L85 stop limit control accepts incoming 24 volt AC power supply. It has a 75-85F AUTO plate.

This is a new(not rebuilt) aftermarket replacement part. It is designed to replace the older obsolete Ruud weatherking 75-85 degree 3/8" standard factory settings with the newer #2 contact system.
