The gas furnaces Burner chamber must be free of any obstructions through the entire length of the burners or damage may occur to the Inducer Blower Gasket where it seals against the side wall of the burner chamber. Refer to page 5-2 of this manual for complete Inducer Blower Gasket replacement instructions. An Inducer Blower Gasket MUST BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO PLACING THE FURNACE INTO SERVICE! Use of a NON-rated gasket will result in improper cooling and possible compressor failure.
