This MTR is a factory replacement motor for York furnaces. It is 1/2 horsepower, multi-speed, an has a voltage of 208 to 230 Volts. This motor measures approximately 11-1/4" front to back and 7" side to side. Please note that the product you receive may have a different part number. The picture included may be a little different from the motor you receive. This is a new motor reconditioned by York.
