Kitchen appliance comprising: an electric heating element having a first and a second stage electrically powered via a power supply, a heat control board for controlling a heat output of the electric heating element in a first mode and a second mode, the heat control board being arranged to control the heat output in the first mode in response to a power consumption thereof, and to determine the power consumption in accordance with an external signal from at least one external device.

The 2-Stage Heat Control Board has a set point that controls the temperature of a separate device, or load, from a few amps to a full kilowatt of current. The control board provides an indication of its position via a moving pointer. The two-stage controller uses a separately controlled ramp and hold function to achieve very precise temperature control of the heated object or area. It can be used with water heaters, curing ovens, hot oil heater tanks, steam generator tanks, process heating systems and many applications where a ramp function is required upstream from a final temperature controller to achieve a desired heating curve.

The S1-031 control board is one of the electrical parts in a central air conditioning system. It is designed to control the functions and operations of an air conditioning unit. This part is utilized in York 2-stage heat pump systems, with two stages of heating by means of two thermostats or thermistors. It controls both heating stages depending on preset thermostat set points. The control board has integrated sensors that enable sensing, timing, and sequencing of functions. Depending on which model you have, this part will either replace one of the two existing boards inside the system, or connect to the original control board to

The 538EM-1 2-stage gas control board comes with self-cleaning (sensor) thermistor coating to provide high accuracy temperature measurement. It features two stage gas valve control to ensure that the correct gas pressure is delivered to achieve the selected temperature.
