The York 5/8" x 5/8" R22 2-Ton TXV 30" Capacitor Kit works with York furnaces. This complete kit includes a DANFOSS TXV and all of the necessary mounting hardware, capacitors and terminals to install a new VAV box. Also included is a complete listing of the parts in the "149982" model for reference during installation.

The Danfoss York 5/8"x5/8" R22 2-Ton Low Ambient TXV Heat Pump Expansion Valve is made to fit the 149982 York System One Series 1 Single HP through 10 Single HP outdoor condensing unit. It can also be used with other R22 single-stage heat pumps as long as the low ambient range of 22F to 0F is required. In addition, it meets all electrical and performance requirements as set by the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA).

PURPOSE: VLV (variable volume and static) and TXV (thermostatic expansion valve) install kit for use with 5/8 inch refrigerant lines. The unique side-entry design permits placement of the TXV inside the return line as close as 4"" from the evaporator.

Designed to fit standard pipe work openings, the Series "B" 1-Ton TXV is ideal for older R22 systems (1/4 horse power up to 2-1/2 horse power) experiencing blue problems.

This kit includes one 5/8" x 5/8" piece of refrigerant tubing with a single swivel. The refrigerant tubing is made in the USA and meets or exceeds all required CPSC and EPA standards for product safety and performance.

This kit includes a 2-ton furnace designed to deliver reliable, consistent heat throughout your home.

Capacities range from 3 to 148 tons. Each compressor model is designed to meet all the requirements of the applicable ASHRAE performance criteria for sound power level, with some models available to meet the most stringent UL requirements. Also meets or exceeds requirements of U.S. Dept. of Energy Standard 547C, Low Temperature Commercial Refrigeration, including Low Temperature Commercial Refrigeration/Motor Rating Rule Federal Standard 410-F, Low Temperature Commercial Refrigeration Motor Efficiency Standard 208-15 and excludes VSi Plus with 5200SD35X036AOVP(4PMXB) frame size

The York 5000i single-stage heat pump is a quiet and efficient gas-fired unit that offers up to 12.9 SEER high efficiency in a compact size. It's available in four different models, including a water source heat pump with a variable speed indoor fan, two models with a fixed speed indoor fan, and a modulating split system with integrated refrigeration capability. The model number determines the installed capacity. All units feature optimized performance over the wide temperature range (-22°F to 110°F) that's common to outdoor units in this size range. Also available are two defrost models that offer up to
