The B60-V-608 is part of the Schlage commercial deadbolt lock family designed for high volume residential use. Featuring the patented Schlage Everest cylinder and Schlage’s exclusive Schackle Design this lock features a dual latch locking bolt which allows for a side-by-side escutcheon design allowing it to fit in multiple door applications.

In addition to the B60-V, you can also choose a deadbolt that is keyed on both sides, called the Schlage KA4.

The dual latch feature allows the lock to be affixed to the door frame to prevent outward and inward movement of the door. This dual latch design meets and exceeds ANSI/BHMA A156.21, Grade 2 Residential Security Standard, as well as California Administrative Code Title 24 Section 1053 for residential security requirements.
