The SENSORFREEZE/DEFROST Control for Turbo Air is a system that uses the unique properties of carbon dioxide as a refrigerant (for freezer cases) and ammonia as a refrigerant (for refrigerated cases). Carbon dioxide is entirely non-toxic and is not harmful to humans, animals or the environment. It is also non-explosive.

SensorFreeze/Defrost for Turbo Air is designed to retain the maximum amount of food quality when freezing and thawing. It is made with an insulated storage bin liner that lowers food temperature preventing freezer burn as well as a system that allows frozen or fresh foods to be thawed without changing the environment to keep food at it's peak freshness.

It replaces a #3026171015. SENSORFREEZE/DEFROST CONTROLS OVERRIDE THE AUTO SETTINGS ON ALL SHOWERS, DISPENSABLES AND BUILT-IN FREEZERS TO KEEP THEM AT THE TEMPERATURE SET BY THE DEFROST CONTROL. Roller carts can be installed on either the left or right side of unit. Unit must be mounted to a vertical surface with a gap of 3 inches on either side of the horizontal controls.

The Turbo Air 30227Q1200 ice cream freezer holds up to 30 half gallons. This model comes with the Advanced Digital Control, an easy-to-use touch control panel.
