The shelf has an attractive white finish and is made of ceramic. The shelf has a rubber gasket around all sides, and easily attaches to any standard equipment rack with a bolt. Feel free to ask about our addition of a wire top that can be easily connected to the opening on the top of the shelf.

This 13 1/4" wide x 13 long x 3/4" high shelf can be used anywhere damp conditions may develop or condensation may occur. The extra thick rubber gasket keeps moisture out so that a stainless steel sheet with a rectangular cutout (not included) fits into the groove making a solid contact surface designed to accept and distribute heat evenly. Use this type of shelf for heat lamps, casserole dishes, or humidifier pans.

The shelf can be applied to any wall in the fish tank, regardless of whether it is a single or double side wall. Thanks to the rubber gasket around all sides, it is ensured that water leakage doesn't occur.
