This Siemens 544-973 Building Technology 1000 OHM Wall Plate Sensor is a white finish with a multi-hole configuration.

An adjustable home automation sensor that's ideal for mounting on walls and in ceilings, the Siemens Building Technology 1000 OHM works with your RCS home automation system to let you control lights, appliances, and more remotely from anywhere in your home. This wireless wall plate sensor turns outlets into control units that can be used to open and close shades, turn lights on and off, or adjust the heat or air conditioning without moving from the couch.

The 544-973 is the same form factor as the 543-972, but with 1000 ohm as standard and a few extra features, including a green LED for quick visual inspection, and a separate flush mountable pushbutton for additional functionality.

With the new wall plate sensor, you can now take your keypad security system to a higher level. If integrated with a Honeywell VISTA-15P control panel, this new upgrade detects when a 950-, 900- or 900M-Series pushbutton is removed from the wall plate and immediately sends a purge command to disarm the system. Since these devices are already factory installed on the control panel, there is no wiring required, allowing the security professional to easily add additional points of entry protection to existing hardwired systems.
