The Siemens 599-02008 Building Technology "1/2" N/C VLV BODY delivers high accuracy and consistent finish quality of all materials. Well suited for use in wood, composite, or vinyl applications as well as metalworking and in the manufacturing, assembly and plating sectors. The automatic control provides precise programming to ensure speed and feed control, 3 axis DRO, plus high positioning accuracy. The machine is also equipped with a Siemens 5-Axis Servo-Drive.

The Siemens 599-02008 N/C VLV BODY is perfect for contractors with its simple yet rugged design. This body can handle up to 20,000 inserts per hour with a .200 diameter tool, and has a quick change thumb wheel insert. It also has an internal 5/32 micro groove ball bearing spindle that allows it to run smoothly at high speeds.

The 599-02008 is a .50mm N/C micro switch rotary probe having a 3/8" (9.5mm) diameter stem with two flat blade terminals and O-ring seals at each end. The 599 series are available in a wide range of temperatures, pressures and materials to serve many applications.

The family of 1/2" NPT valves consist of the following parts. 1/2" NPT backflow preventer with ball, 1/2" NPT angle valve with ball, 1/2" NPT mixing valve with stainless steel body, 1/2" NPT flange mounted mechanical seal butterfly valve, 1/2" NPT pressure reducing diaphragm valve, as well as a wide variety of special designs.
