The Y/T stands for yacht and trawler and this propeller is designed to be used  with these types of vessels. It is a feathering type propeller, giving it the best maneuverability in narrow spaces. With this new generation propeller you can enjoy more free stern space and also benefit from improved offshore running capabilities combined with greater efficiency at lower engine speeds.

The SOLA PROP Y/T AL 60-130 HP 13 recharges up to 50% faster than conventional solar panels. It delivers outstanding performance even on heavily overcast days, and is ideal for the off-grid home or cabin set up.

This SOLA propeller has a 10-inch diameter and delivers between 60 to 130 HP of power. The prop is dish shaped with sharp tip's and requires the use of a 13 or 14 series shaft. This propeller is made from lightweight aluminum, which will help it to achieve higher RPMs than that of a steel prop. The aluminum material will not corrode but rusts easily if not properly maintained, so stay on top of washing water spots off of the surface which could be potential causes for corrosion.

Your SOLA PROP is spiral wound for extra thickness and strength. Features foamed-in-place nylons that require no adhesives to bond the prop to the hub.

The SOLA Yacht & Tender propeller (patent pending) made of aluminum is an all-purpose, high performance propeller. This new-generation design is particularly efficient on outboard engines with long shafts.
