This Proto 1-1/2 Carbon Scraper comes in a 12-count bucket and is ideal for scraping, shaping and smoothing glass. It has a 1-1/2 carbon steel scratch blade that provides long-lasting edge retention and extra holding power. The quality carbon steel is rust resistant. This scrape edge is designed for concave surfaces and can be used horizontally or vertically. It features an easy-to-grip cushion grip that offers control with comfort.

The Proto 1-1/2 carbon scraper has a hardened, precision ground carbide blade to handle the toughest scraping jobs. The blade is heat treated to Rc 56-58 and is designed for maximum toughness and edge retention. When used with the specially formulated scraper lubricant, the blade will stay sharp longer.

This 1-1/2" carbon scraper can be used over and over again. Simply scrape to remove labels and glue, then replace the blade and use a little mineral oil on the blades to keep them sharp. The carbon steel blades are heat treated and tempered to ensure flexibility, strength, and long life.
