The 67568 is an automatic vent, 3/8, 150 psi max, 240f temp ma, for use with a gas or oil fired space heater.

The Automatic Air Vent is a direct replacement with no cutting necessary. It can also be used on brand new construction or installations where venting has not been completed.

The automatic air vent opens and closes according to the temperature of the heating system it is installed in. The opening and closing is controlled by the dry contact closure (DC) terminals, The spring-loaded diaphragm moves up or down as needed to provide either the maximum intake or exhaust as determined by the DC input. Simply put, it will open closed and close open under the control of a thermostat at a pre-set temperature.

Designed for use with various types of gas appliance, this automatic air vent is equipped with a built-in sensing tube that controls the flow of gas to the appliance and can be adjusted to provide proper ventilation. It features a housing that's made of brass for corrosion resistance, as well as thermal, shock, and vibration resistance.
