The 1/2" X 1/2" SMART VALVE GAS VALVE is a solid-state electronic valve and a member of the Honeywell Sensor series. This valve can be used to control commercial products over a wide range temperature (-40°F to 300°F) and pressure (up to 100 psi).

The Honeywell 2815 24V 1/2" X 1/2" Smart Valve Gas Valve is used with various liquid propane (LP) appliances. This control valve features a field-replaceable solenoid pack for added durability and eliminates the need for periodic valve tests. The Honeywell 2815 is ceiling-mounted and includes a burner stand where applicable.

The Honeywell SMART VALVE GAS VALVE features a unique integrated controller/platinum solenoid that provides isolation of the control system from the valve contactors. This allows all control and safety functions such as ramp, run and lockout to be programmed in software separately from the valve operation. By separating the control of the valve from the actual activation sequence, it is possible to vary operating parameters within a cycle in response to sensing conditions in the system (temperature, pressure, flow etc.)
