The Weller WEL7324 Hi/Lo switch for Dual Heat Model 8200, D550 & D65 Soldering guns is a replacement part for the following models: The WEL7324 is used on the following models: Weller WDSE10600 (800/20 - 600W), DSE000150 ( 1000W ), WELS1E100 ( 1200W ) and the WEL7324 is sometimes referred to as a Weller Switch, Weller Dual Heat Tool Switch, or Weller Dual Heat Soldering Tool Switch.

Weller has designed this Hi-Lo switch for you to convert your dual heating model 8200, D550 & D650 soldering gun to a high temperature model that can reach up to 480°. When the trigger is squeezed down it will turn on both heating elements, which allows the user to adjust between a low temperature of 356° (to solder LCD's) and up to 480° for harder wires and alloys like gold, tin and nickel.

This Hi/Lo dual heat switch provides a simple solution for switching off the warming mode and increasing heating output to maximum. It delivers more heat to the work area by reducing the recovery time between soldering operations which reduces cold solder joints and firing travel time when working on large components that require high heat to reflow solder.
