Synnex Goldseal Services SPS-AVA-IPO-HR is an engineer with the AVAYA IPO Engineering team. This individual will provide support for the AVAYA IPO Engineering team in the development and execution of the company's IPO process. This individual will be responsible for providing support for the development and execution of the company's IPO process, including but not limited to: - Coordinating with the legal and financial teams to ensure the IPO is compliant with all applicable regulations - Reviewing and approving the IPO documents - Reviewing and approving the company's financial statements - Reviewing and approving the company's investor presentation - Reviewing and approving the company's proxy statement - Reviewing and approving the company's registration statement - Reviewing and approving the company's Form S-1 - Reviewing and approving the company's Form 10-K - Reviewing and approving the company's Form 8-K - Reviewing and approving the company's Form A-1 - Reviewing and approving the company's Form 8-K Amendment - Coordinating with the marketing and communications teams to ensure the IPO launch is successful - Providing support during the company's roadshow - Coordinating with the company's legal and financial teams to ensure the IPO is completed on time
