The 1097 ohms at 77F PTC for T775 Series 2000 Controllers from Honeywell is a strap on sensor that can be used as an outdoor temperature monitor. It has a resistance of 1097 ohms and a 2 pin connector that is compatible with the Honeywell T775 series controller family.

To help protect your Honeywell thermostat, this outdoor temperature sensor's built-in positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistor is rated at 2200Vac with a surge of 36kA@ 30Hz and operating range of -40 to 165°F. This is a non-ceramic sensor with a material of Nylon.

The Sensor, 230870, works with Honeywell's T775 and T758 Series Thermostats and is used to measure outdoor temperature.  It is a 1097 OHM strap on sensor which measures air temperature only. The 230870 Sensor uses a 1/2?-14 NPT thread connection.
