4Zone Expandable Valve Control

The Taco ZVC404-EXP-4 Boiler Zone Control can operate up to 6 zone valves for up to 15 zones. These valves are standard 3/8" orifices with percent control located in the same box as the valve. 4 zone Taco ZVC404-EXP-4 Valve Controls are utilized in large commercial foodservice applications and institutional jobs.

The Taco Zone Valve Control ZVC404-EXP-4 is the industry leading valve control for up to four zones of hydronic piping in a boiler or process application. The valve control is a single loop zone valve control designed to operate up to four valves within one loop (zone). By adding additional Taco ZVC404-EXP Valve Control units, up to 12 valves may be controlled all on one terminal strip or interface board.

The Heat Control 4Zone ZVC404-EXP Series Boiler offers industrial quality and reliable performance for commercial installations. It features a dual stage pressure control valve with a proportional flow control, single SS4 stainless pilot burner with an integrated flame failure device, and built in freeze protection to allow operation down to -30F/-34C. Provide automatic temperature control of hot water heating boilers up to 108,000 BTU/hr. This module is suitable for installation in all types of distillate firing systems including wet back systems.

Expand your hot water capacity by zoning your Taco Tank. From a single zone to four zones, Taco ZVC404-EXP valves install to any 4 inch package or vertical tank. Easy to use with its large display and simple 3-button programming, multiple Taco ZVC valves can be programmed for 1, 2 or 4 zones. Expandable to four zones, each zone has a separate hot and cold temperature display and range of 40-130 F (5ºC - 54ºC) for efficiency and more precise water temperature control.

The Taco Boiler Zone Control (ZVC) is an expandable valve control that can be used to operate multiple boilers. This field-proven design allows a single pump and controller to be used to open multiple valves. The Taco ZVC operates on either 120V or 240V power, and can be controlled from up to 1,000 feet away using a contactor or other device. Features include an onboard pump control module, 4/2 way solenoid valves and individual field-settable PWM outputs in each zone. The ZVC also includes ports for Modbus, unused MC4 connectors, IPM outlets

The BoilerZone System is Zilcon's next generation of insulated HVAC systems. The 4Zone Expansion Pack allows the installer to upgrade standard boiler zones with all new, configurable and expandable zones.

The Taco ZVC404-EXP-4 Boiler Zone Control valve control gives you the ability to control up to 4 zones, which is adjustable in 1/2 zone increments. The Taco ZVC404-EXP-4 allows you to set 4 thermal breaks with the zone on or off. It also has a built in auto burner control feature that allows each zone to be independent of the others and be controlled just like a typical single burner gas valve.
